The WeeCare Easy nappy is a “two-part” system (All in Two) that consists of a waterproof cover combined with an absorbent insert.
The WeeCare Easy Cover comes in two sizes with the following kilo instructions:
- Size 1 typically fits from 5-8 kg (newborn size)
- Size 2 (BTP) typically fits from 8 kg until potty trained.
The insert has a double layer of absorbency:
- Middle layer: 55 % hemp / 45 % organic cotton.
- Top layer (against the skin): 55 % bamboo viscous / 25 % organic cotton / 20 % polyester
The Easy Cover keeps everything inside the diaper, while the insert is the absorbing part. The outside of the cover is 100% organic cotton, which is Danish designed. On the inside, the cover has waterproof TPU fabric, with the polyester side of the TPU fabric facing inwards into the diaper. This means that the shiny plastic laminated side of the TPU fabric will never come into direct contact with your baby’s skin.
At the back part, on the inside of the cover, there is a strip of soft polyester fleece, which ensures that the elastic edge that sits in the back will not bother the baby or make marks on the skin. The fleece is nice and soft to wear against the skin.
*The insert will shrink up to 15% after first few washes, so it may appear oversized to begin with but it has been designed this way to allow for shrinkage.
