Here you will find information on how to use, wash and store your reusable cloth period products. 

Choosing a Pad

Cloth pads are available in light, medium or heavy flow. Choose a pad that suits your needs. Heavy flow pad can be used by most women for overnight use. A regular flow pad can be used for daytime use, changing every 4-6 hours. Light flow is perfect for the start or end of your period. 

Washing & Drying

When your pad is full, change it and rinse the used pad under running cold water until the water is clear and then put into the next regular wash. Wash at 40 / 60 degrees.

DO NOT USE ANY SOFTENER - these can build up in the cloth pad and effect absorbency over time.

Hang to air dry. Cloth Pads can be tumbled dryed but high head exposure over time can damage the waterproof material. 

If you need to change your pad when away from home, snap closed the used pad and store in the mini wet bag - rinse when back home.
